Program/Project Manager – Commercial Banking

Business Advisory Solutions Group (BASG) is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead complex initiatives in a corporate banking environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial banking knowledge, proven program and project management experience, and the ability to partner effectively across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex programs and projects across commercial banking lines of business.
  • Coordinate workstreams, timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Support reporting, governance, and executive-level updates across multiple lines of business.
  • Apply business analysis and data analysis knowledge to help drive project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial banking within a corporate bank environment.
  • Proven program and/or project management experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading a variety of complex initiatives.
  • Strong business-side understanding of banking operations.
  • Working knowledge of business analysis and data analysis practices.
  • Enough technical expertise to effectively bridge business and technology teams.
  • Experience reporting across multiple lines of business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with nCino and/or Salesforce is highly desirable.

Location and Work Arrangement

This role is primarily remote and is best suited for candidates based in the eastern United States. Occasional travel to corporate offices may be required.
