Business Advisory Solutions Group (BASG) has been selected to provide oversight of a large debit card reissuance project.
This critical project is the result of a recent merger of two banks and comes with an aggressive timeline. BASG was chosen in part due to being highly skilled in banking, data management and reporting, processes and procedures, and various reporting/tracking tools.
BASG will perform all related duties to complete the data gathering, reconciliation and reporting of reissued bank debit cards and contactless debit cards. Phase one of this initiative is reissuance of all debit cards to the legacy customers of the merged bank. Phase two will encompass the reissuance of “contactless” debit cards to all customers.
