Business Advisory Solutions Group (BASG) is interviewing Senior Business Analysts for upcoming projects. To be 100% transparent, this is a proactive posting to prepare for work anticipated in the six weeks. The full job description is not currently available, but the items listed below will be part of what is required. These Consultants must be senior level; work will be substantially remote with some travel possible.
SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
The winning candidates will have:
- 8 plus years of diverse Business Analysis experience working on full lifecycle enterprise-wide projects.
- Extensive experience working for a bank is absolutely required.
- 5 or more years of experience in areas of lending is highly valued.
- Experience with nCino would be a major plus for one of the projects.
- Current residence on the eastern side of the United States. There will be some travel, and our Client is requiring that those hired be close to locations on the eastern side of the country.
- Great communication/interaction skills and strong team focus.
- Experience with requirements analysis documentation.
- Experience with process mapping.
- Experience working with IT Teams to develop appropriate Due Diligence questions and data needs.
- Facilitating Business Requirements discovery, refinement, and documentation sessions with IT and Business Partner staff.
