BASG is interviewing candidates for a Senior Test Lead with significant experience in various areas within a bank.
This is a proactive post for work upcoming but not likely to start for a month or 6 weeks.
Will need experience in all phases…integration, user acceptance, regression, and performance.
- Experience working for a bank is absolutely required
- This is a very detail oriented, hands-on assignment that also includes management
- This is MANUAL testing ONLY; no automation testing
- Some ONSITE MEETINGS NEEDED; CANDIDATES MUST LIVE ON THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE U.S.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years’ experience preferred
- Certifications: Preferred ITIL, PMP, CAP-M, CBAP, but not required
- Experience: Eight plus years of test management experience, including all aspects of new software development lifecycle (SDLC), application management, test/quality assurance management, change management, environment management, and release management.
- Four plus years of experience working in a banking environment.
