Business Advisory Solutions Group is seeking a highly trained Senior Process Improvement/Continuous Improvement Manager for a staff position.

Our Client is building its Process Practice and needs a strong manager with a history of building and leading a culture of change and continuous improvement.   A winning resume will show non-stop work in this area and a true passion for process PLUS extensive experience working in a bank environment!   This job requires MBB certification and multiple years of experience in banking.

These roles are substantially remote but candidates must live somewhere on the eastern side of the U.S. to allow for occasional corporate travel.

  • Experience building a process practice from ground up including knowledge of creating a COE.
  • A passion for process improvement
  • Experience in banking/financial services (required)
  • Demonstrated experience in one of these key LOB’s is what will win the job:
    • Commercial Lending
    • Consumer Lending
    • Bank Operations
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk
  • Experience in a PMO or EPMO needed
  • Experience with a variety of tools, methodologies, and a diverse work history
  • Ability to work independently
